Private label is not one service — it is six separate decisions, each with its own cost. We quote them separately so you can see which ones are worth paying for at your volume.

Costs and timing
You send the logo file and the dieline. We come back with the print size, the colour separation and anything that will not reproduce at 8 mm wide.
Print plates and carton dies are a one-time cost, quoted separately from the unit price. Where a new mould is needed for the body, that is a separate and much larger number — we will say so plainly.
Physically made and shipped for approval. Nothing goes into mass production on a digital mock-up.
Longer than the plain build because packaging is made against the confirmed order, not held in stock.
Design and intellectual property
We only quote designs we are authorised to supply. Our models are designed in-house and protected where it matters: the factory holds hundreds of domestic and international design and utility patents, including US design patent US D904,561 S — the document is available on request and states exactly which model it covers.
If you are buying a copy of a branded design, we will tell you that is what it is. It is your decision to make, with your lawyer, not a detail to discover at customs.
Practical
Small buyers can still fill a container by mixing models and finishes. The MOQ applies per model, not per order.
