Topic	Terms
Who we sell to	Businesses only: importers, distributors, wholesalers and project contractors. We do not sell single units to consumers, and this site takes no payments.
Quotations	Valid 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise, FOB Xiamen, exclusive of duties and taxes in the destination country. The specification sheet attached to the quotation forms part of it.
Minimum order	500 pcs per model and finish. Mixed containers are accepted, and the minimum applies per model, not per order.
Samples	Charged at sample price plus freight unless agreed otherwise; the sample charge is credited against the first production order where stated in the quotation.
Lead time	15–40 days after deposit and artwork approval, depending on finish, packaging and quantity. Lead times exclude Chinese public holidays.
Payment	30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Specification changes	Any change to finish, carton, packaging or labelling requires written approval and may change the price and the delivery date. Production does not start on verbal changes.
Inspection	Third-party inspection may be arranged at your instruction before shipment. Where no inspection is requested, our own pre-shipment check applies.
Claims	Quantity and visible-damage claims within 14 days of arrival; quality claims within 30 days, with photographs and a sample retained for inspection.
Intellectual property	We supply only designs we are authorised to manufacture and sell. Selected models carry registered design rights, including US design patent US D904,561 S held by the manufacturer in Xiamen. Where you supply artwork or a logo, you confirm you hold the rights to it.
Certification	Documents are issued per model. We do not warrant that a certificate for one model covers another model, another finish or another production batch.
Liability	Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss, including lost profit or installation cost, arising from a product used outside its stated specification.
Governing law	The law of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the competent court at the place of the seller, unless the contract states otherwise.
