Home / Shower sets

Shower sets, specified by market rather than by photo.

Three families cover most wholesale enquiries: slide-rail kits, rain-and-hand combinations, and replacement handshowers. Flow rate and thread are fixed at the quote stage, because those two numbers are what customs and plumbing codes actually look at.

Families

What the range actually contains.

SL-100

Slide-rail kits

Handshower, 600–900 mm rail, 1.5 m hose, wall brackets. The workhorse SKU for retail chains and hotel refits. Adjustable height, three-function spray.

SL-200

Rain + hand combos

200–300 mm overhead head with a diverter and a handshower on the same riser. Sold as a boxed set, so the carton dimensions drive the freight cost.

SL-300

Replacement handshowers

Head only, standard G1/2 inlet. The easiest SKU to quote on a container mixed with hoses, and the one most distributors reorder.

Buying notes

Three things that decide whether a set sells.

01

Flow rate is a legal number, not a preference

The US caps showerheads at 2.5 gpm at 80 psi; California is stricter at 1.8 gpm, and WaterSense sits at 2.0. Selling a 2.5 gpm head into California is a compliance problem for the importer, not the factory.

02

Thread mismatch is the most common return

US shower arms are 1/2″ NPT tapered. Most of the rest of the world is G1/2. A set that threads onto the arm but leaks at the joint usually means the wrong taper, not a bad washer.

03

Carton size is part of the price

A rain-and-hand combo takes roughly twice the carton volume of a handshower. On a 40HQ that difference is real money — we quote CBM per carton so you can compare suppliers honestly.
